Sunraise Padding Material ~ NF-90 ~ is made up of premium quality Polyester Fiber & reinforced with high tenacity scrim cloth.
Having high resistant to heat, our 900 GSM padding material is perfectly suitable for Chest Heated Flatwork Ironer, working below 200 degree Celsius.
Expected Padding life would be more than 1500 hours under normal working conditions.

The density will range from 100 - 1000 gsm,
with loftiness of 10mm - 60 mm.

Our POLYESTER FELT LINING or BACKER material can be well utilized in the making of FOOTWEAR. It will act as a best cushioning support & reinforcement material and also add more value to the primary part. Moreover, it will come with specialty coatings like EVA (as fusible interlining)
Self-Adhesive Lamination (as ready-to-paste liner)
TPU or PE Lamination (for Water Proof effect)
Possible applications are:  Bottom Filler or Top Filler (300 - 500 gsm), Interlining (100 - 150 gsm), Vamp Lining (200 - 300 gsm), Footbed (250 - 350 gsm), Stroble Lining (250 - 350 gsm)

SUPER BRIGHT is making for many home furnishing fabrics including Kitchen and Dining, Wall Cleaning Wipes, Car Cleaning Cloths, carpets, backings, blinds, curtains, wall coverings, etc. The above products are made up from 70% Cellulosic Fibres and 30% Low Melt Virgin Polyester Fibres. Basically Cellulosic fibres have anti bacterial properties and High water observation capacity. It can observe 10 times more than the fabric weight.
